We allow 15 days from receipt of your package for any returns or exchanges on full- priced stock items. Shopping with us should be a joyful experience, and we are here to help if your initial purchase does not suit you.

Should you decide to return or or exchange your item, please email and let us know your concern. Additionally, please also inform us what you wish to return or exchange and attach a copy of the original invoice. We would also appreciate, for our own improvement, a reason for the return. After receiving this email, a customer service team member will be in touch with the confirmation and further instructions for you. Please note that approved refunds will be for the total sales price of your purchase, less shipping and handling.

Cancellations that have been approved on orders after production has already begun are treated as a return. If you have paid for an item but it has not been shipped yet, you may be able to cancel your order by contacting us right away. Items that have been discounted or are purchased on closeout are considered final sale.

Customers are responsible for any postage paid for return shipments.

All items must be received in their original, unworn condition, and must include your warranty card and original order documentation. Failure to include your warranty card and order documentation may result in processing delays or ineligibility.

Our jewelers will check your item for damage before processing your return or exchange, so please allow 7-10 business days after receipt for processing.

Exchanges may be made for items of equal or greater value. We kindly ask that each purchase only be exchanged once. Multiple exchanges of your initial transaction are not allowed. Once your returned item has been received for exchange and inspected during the 7-10 day processing period, your exchange item will then ship out within the normal production and shipping timeline: 1 business day for stock items, or 6-8 weeks for custom pieces.
