Once you have purchased and received your stone, you can input your warranty ID number by clicking here to view the specs of your moissanite 

For all warranty claims, please visit the original place of purchase and have them contact warranty@decentgems.comwith the original receipt and warranty ID number. In any case, if the place of purchase has gone out of business, you can visit another jeweler of your choice and have them email our customer service department to process your claim. 

Warranty Coverage Policy Terms

–        The Decent Gems warranty only covers changes to the gemstones optical properties, such as changes in its inherent color or clarity

–        The coverage of the warranty is against any defect in material or workmanship 

–        The warranty covers the stone(s) 5mm or larger  

–        Decent Gems warranty is non transferrable & only applies to the original purchaser 

–        Purchaser is responsible for any cost of shipment for their product to Decent Gems LLC
